At this time, we are proud to announce that Chancey's Charms ships to most locations worldwide! The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Please note that most orders are handmade as ordered. All orders ship within within 1 to 2 business days (24 to 48 business hours) as they are made when the order is placed.
Warranties
Most of the products offered on Chanceyscharms.com are handmade and crafted. Therefore special care may be required. All products are checked very carefully for any defects prior to shipping them. In the event you receive a product that has a visible defect and you are not satisifed, simply notify us at defects@chanceyscharms.com immediately and we will contact you to resolve the issue.
We reserve the right to substitute a charm for one that is similar in theme in the event we are out of stock on a specific charm. We will always try to keep the object the same. For example, we may be out of stock on a specific butterfly charm that belongs to a set and will substitute it for a different butterfly charm. Although this is not common, it does happen occasionally.
Return Policy
We expect that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from Chanceyscharms.com. However, if for any reason you are not, simply return your purchase to the address listed on the home page within 15 days of the original purchase date. You must include a copy of your original invoice. The merchandise must be in the same condition as it was at the time of shipping and delivery. Upon receipt and inspection of the original order, you will be refunded for the amount of your purchase MINUS any shipping costs. We are not responsible for any packages or orders lost while in transit back to us.
